AI market presence monitoring
Know whether AI knows you.
When buyers ask Claude or ChatGPT about your category, the answer shapes the deal before anyone visits your website. Arbor tells you what those answers look like — and who appears instead of you.
14 days, full features, no credit card. Self-host on your own servers from £3,000/yr.

Below the dashboard: every prompt, every raw answer, every competitor mention, and a recommendation per result.
Your competitors are getting recommended in conversations you will never see.
The buyer journey moved.
A growing share of category research now happens inside an AI chat, not a Google search. Most companies have no idea what AI says about them.
Brand > backlinks.
AI assistants weight authoritative descriptions, not domain rating. The companies cited the most are the ones whose category language is consistent across the web.
Drift is invisible.
Models update. Competitors publish. A position that was safe last quarter can be gone before anyone in marketing notices.
How Arbor works
STEP 01
Describe your company
Sector, target audience, products, named competitors, and the language you want AI to use about you.
STEP 02
Generate buyer-intent prompts
Arbor builds realistic questions across discovery, comparison, recommendation, definition, problem-solution, local search, buying decision, and authority intents.
STEP 03
Run the visibility check
Each prompt is sent to Claude, GPT, or a local Ollama model. Raw answers are stored, then analysed by a second LLM pass for mentions, citations, sentiment, and accuracy risk.
STEP 04
See where you stand — and what to fix
Transparent scores, per-prompt evidence, competitor breakdowns, and a recommended-action list you can hand to a writer or PR team.
Built differently from the closed-cloud incumbents.
The visibility-monitoring category is dominated by black-box SaaS at £200–2,000 a month. Arbor is the open, auditable alternative.
Source-available & auditable
The full scoring code is 30 lines of arithmetic, not a black-box index. Read it, run it on your own servers, evaluate before you commit. No incumbent in this category will let you do that.
Local-first by default
SQLite + your own API keys. Your competitor lists, brand language, and run history never have to leave your machine. Critical for agencies under NDA.
Bring your own model
Anthropic, OpenAI, or local Ollama. Self-hosters pay £0 marginal cost. Cloud customers can pin a specific model and version for reproducibility.
Auditable analysis
Every score traces back to a stored raw answer. Re-analyse old runs after editing your profile without re-paying for completions.
Pricing
Every cloud plan starts with a 14-day trial. No credit card; pick a plan or churn at day 14. Self-host is an annual licence for teams that need Arbor on their own infrastructure.

FAQ
Is this just AI SEO with a different name?
No. Traditional SEO ranks pages on Google. Arbor measures how AI assistants describe your company, recommend your competitors, and cite your website when buyers ask category questions in natural language. The optimisation surface is the answer, not the SERP.
Which AI systems do you check?
Today: Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT, and any local model via Ollama. Coming next: Perplexity, Google Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot.
What's in the 14-day trial?
Full Cloud Pro: up to 15 company profiles, manual visibility runs across Anthropic Claude and OpenAI GPT, full run history with per-prompt evidence, and competitor breakdowns. Roadmap features (scheduled runs, PDF reports, share links, Slack/email alerts) ship during your trial — see the Roadmap section above. No credit card; at day 14 you pick a plan or churn — nothing auto-charges.
Is it open source?
Arbor is source-available under the Elastic License 2.0. You can read the code and evaluate it, but production use requires a Cloud subscription or an annual self-host licence. The licence keeps the auditable-scoring trust signal closed competitors can't match while reserving the commercial business for us.
How is the score calculated?
AI Visibility Score = % of prompts in a run that mention your company. Website Citation Rate = % of answers linking your domain. Competitor Presence Rate = % of answers naming a rival. Accuracy Risk = % of answers flagged medium or high risk by the analysis pass. The full code is in scoring.ts.
Why is self-host annual rather than monthly?
Self-host means Arbor runs on your infrastructure, behind your firewall, with no data leaving your network. That's worth more to enterprises and agencies under NDA than the cloud SKUs, and the support cadence (releases, security patches, migration guidance) is better suited to an annual contract.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Cloud: we export your run history and competitor data as JSON within 30 days, then delete it. Self-host: it never leaves your servers — cancellation just stops new releases and support; the last licensed version keeps running.
