What each status means. Operational: the dependency responded successfully within budget. Degraded: it responded but slowly (over 2 seconds). Down: it failed authentication, timed out, or returned an error. Not configured: the corresponding API key is not set in this environment — common in self-host deployments that intentionally don't use that provider.
